March, 2016
Introduction to RIS Apartments
We started providing property management services for rental apartments, which eventually led to the establishment of RIS Central Apartments Yerevan.

Within this brand, we offer carefully selected and professionally managed serviced apartments located in central locations of Yerevan, where you can feel the rhythm of the city.
May, 2018
RIS Dalma Collection Yerevan
We developed an Aparthotel concept, designed for a prime location near Dalma Mall. With breathtaking views from high floors, we just needed to add a sophisticated ambiance and the FYM-standard impeccable service.

RIS Dalma Collection Yerevan started operating at the end of May, and immediately drew attention from international travelers and locals seeking exclusive accommodation options.

Airbnb Plus
We were honored to be selected as the first (and still the only) apartments in Armenia to meet the rigorous standards of Airbnb Plus. This milestone marked a transformative journey for us in delivering hospitality services.

RIS Holiday Apartments Tsaghkadzor
We expanded our presence in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia's most popular recreation destination located just 55 km from the capital, Yerevan. Our focus was on introducing a collection of stylish individual apartments, each meticulously designed to reflect our commitment to excellence.

RIS Holiday Apartments Tsaghkadzor marked the third installment of the RIS Apartments, and the first one to be situated outside the bustling city of Yerevan. The room design, The amazing view, The wonderful sense of there being a real home.. all of them were loveable. Everything was there in the kitchen to cook and you could buy all you want from the near dalma mall. Staff were friendly and responsible. An amazing and unforgettable experience!
