Required qualifications:

• At least 3 years of work experience;
• Knowledge of all ingredients in a European kitchen;
• Excellent managerial and organizational skills;
• Outstanding leadership and management skills, and the ability to organize and control;
• Culinary creativity and a desire to delight others.

What you’ll be doing

‍

• Coordinate and control the work of the cold kitchen department's staff;
• Training staff to prepare and cook all menu items;
• Monitor the proper performance of the employee's work duties;
• Observe the freshness and proper appearance of the dishes;
• Ensure that customers are served quality food in a timely manner;
• Submit menu proposals.
